Yes! This all day long!

I don’t give you these statistics to depress you (though I did depress myself a little), and I’m not suggesting that writers start getting 4-year, $100 million contracts (though it would be a better world if we did). I’m simply saying that writers’ work is valuable. Without writers you’d have no books, no news stories, no songs, no movies or TV shows. Anything that helps our meager earnings is welcome.
