Using Canva to Make TikTok Videos
Another way to promote your writing
I did something that felt a little strange and silly for a 52 year old married man, I made a TikTok video to hopefully promote my poetry and AI art collection I recently Indie-Published on Amazon.
I’ve shared my work on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Medium, Vocal, Publish0X, ello, and now TikTok. Why not? I’ve chased my tail on pretty much every other social media outlet, why not add TikTok to the mix? Besides, I’ve read about a few authors who have become overnight successes simply because someone with enough juice on TikTok mentioned their book.
I’m sure this another hole in one while being struck by lightning and winning billions of dollars from the lottery scenario, but if I don’t at least give a shot my odds of success on TikTok are a guaranteed zero.
As I mentioned in this article, I once again used Canva to make the TikTok video I shared above. I used Night Cafe to create the AI art and Canva to insert the text of my poems. I also used Night Cafe and Canva to create the ebook cover for AI Grooven…
