Uh, a full scale nuclear war between the US, Russia, or China would mean 1900-2100 nukes. It takes about 100 to pretty much kill almost everything other than tardigras and some extremophiles on the planet.

About the best you could do is enjoy the minutes or maybe 1-2 years you have left as best you can.
