True, but I was thinking in terms of geography, Alaska, much of Canada, and much of Russia will probably be less effected than even New Zealand.

I think the reason none of them made the list though is because they all have large populations. Or have large populations to the south of them. I wish there was a way for that many people to safely migrate north, but I don't think there is. At least not on the time scale we most likely have. If these countries (US/Canada/Russia) were preparing for it now, maybe it could be a lot more organized and safer, but as you said, the US especially, doesn't seem to care.
