"Quality" is completely subjective. Medium has made it very clear that it doesn't consider creative writing quality writing. Plenty of writers here write crappy articles, mainly bullshit articles about how to make money on Medium, that glow up all the time. I can't remember her name now, she was fired by Medium, I think, but at the time she was just under Ev at Medium and she came out and said, "Why would anyone read fiction?"

Medium doesn't consider creative writng worth its time. Fuck them. I'm going to keep writing what I write best and take their money every month. If they really gave shit they would have dedicated an in-house pub to creative writing a very long time ago.
