I refered to the hundreds I had over a seven yeat period as "spiritual", but eventually I learned enough to realise they are simply neurological experiences. Strange ones to be sure, but I don't beleive they are mystical, spiritual, or anything outside my or anyone else's own mind anymore. Neurological evidence supports that.
